  Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night is applicable on this property, along with a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

• Standard Occupancy
  This property is suitable to accommodate up to four (3) guests, including the sofa bed.

• Guest Registration
  Passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to ensure smooth check-in.

• Security Deposit
  A refundable security deposit of AED 1,200 is required, which will be returned 7 days post check-out inspection.

• Additional Services

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
